This fine gentleman takes popular sites in Google and uses them with his
domains..Like Tokersden, I shut that site down over a year ago but it's still all over Google..The urls below with the extensions below are on the 1st page of listings..

www.tokersden.niche4u.biz
chooseit.us, xxxtop.us, niche4u.biz are all the same person hosting in Huston, Tx and picked a name everyone would remember
"Registrant Name:Maximilian Etuhole"
He should have his Hole filled with something large!

And why Google would list this as such is beyond me!

Have you tried contacting Maximilian Etuholes hosting company with a cease and desist?

They may pull the site(s) down without further action.

Sometimes attorney letterhead can do wonders.

EV1 is their server and working with Abuse with them is like
trying to wipe your ass if ya don't have arms..
It's not just that site, he's doing it with alot of popular SE adult sites.

For the time and bullshit involved it isn't worth it..It's not costing me anything
as I said I shut that site down over a year ago..Is just a redirect to my TGP now..
Being in China even tho he's hosted in Texas the best I could do is have his host drop him and he's been with them for over 5 years so that's not gonna happen..
I might start a few threads tho advertising EV1 is promoting Kiddy Porn. Even tho there's none there and it's a redirect to another of those 3 it's still listed in Google that way..
I could probably get him BLed in Google too but let someone else waste their time!
