When
we talk of content we're talking of the pics, video or erotic stories
that we put up on our websites. There are only 3 types of content that
you can use, that which is provided by sponsors, that which you purchase
from content providers and content that you may have shot or written yourself.
For the first two types of content you will have a license that allows
you to use the images or stories on websites. For the third type of content
you will need to have the documentation that is required by 18 U.S.C.
Section 2257.
Despite what you may have been told, or what you may have read or what
you may believe, there is no such thing as images or stories in the public
domain and to use unlicensed images or images that you do not own is illegal
and will result in your prosecution.
Lets
now look at the first two types of content in a bit more detail. We'll
also have talk about what to do with your images before you actually put
them up on your site.
